We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the location near some fun movie theaters. My son loved the clean room with a great TV setup and we appreciated the ease of access to local restaurants.
My kids wished for more activities for families.

The location was convenient, especially being near the
mall, which made it easy to find food options. The room was clean and the staff was good, but there was very little noise insulation, making it hard to sleep at times. Overall, a decent experience but not perfect.

Ask the front desk about local eateries. some have great deals not advertised online.

The desk staff were exceptionally accommodating.
My stay was nothing short of disastrous! The air conditioning was completely non-functional, and I roamed around in a stuffy room all night. To top it off, the bathtub was filthy, and I was forced to clean it myself before I could use it. The unvacuumed carpet had a sickening amount of dirt, and I felt disgusted every time I stepped on it. When I complained to the front desk, they dismissively said I should be grateful for the low price I paid instead of acknowledging my issues.

Digging the close proximity to local spots like LongHorn Steakhouse and TGI Fridays made my culinary journey a feast! Plus, the location was just a hop away from downtown, perfect for my solo escapades.
But oh boy, the AC saga was real! After waiting 5 hours for a fix, it barely worked, leaving me sweating like a pig. Coupled with a dirty bathtub and unvacuumed carpet, my night was not what I bargained for.

The location near a large shopping mall made for convenient access to retail therapy. The desk staff were polite and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. However, the room felt outdated and lacked basic amenities, including a non-functioning refrigerator. The lack of extra towels was disappointing, and the indoor pool was closed, which was a letdown after expecting a relaxing swim.

I was really impressed with the recently renovated decor and the super comfy bed that made for a great night's sleep. There’s a lovely outdoor seating area to chill and a cozy fire pit that's perfect for relaxing evenings. I just wished there was a coffee maker in the room, but it didn't take away from the overall vibe. 😊

missingWrote a review on 23 Maygreat locationhelpful staffclean roommissing remotedirty bathtubno compensation
The location is not far from downtown, making it easy to access. The desk staff were polite and accommodating throughout my visit. Unfortunately, there were several issues. My air conditioner didn’t work well, and it took hours to get it fixed. I ended up feeling hot all night, and the lack of a screen on the window meant I couldn’t open it due to bugs. The bathtub was dirty, so I had to clean it myself. The carpet had a lot of debris, and I noticed dead bugs around the corners. The remote for the TV was also missing, making it tough to watch anything. At checkout, the morning clerk didn’t address my discomfort and denied any compensation, saying I got a good deal on the room. I’ve been here many times before without problems, but this time left me disappointed.
